The hotel is located very close to the ski elevator and offers a good value for the money. the bed was comfortable and provided us with a good night's sleep. the surroundings were calm and quiet, offering us a peaceful atmosphere to rest in.
We did not enjoy the constant cigarette smoke in the lobby/entrance area, as it was the designated smoking area. the breakfast was quite basic and below the standard we usually experience.

The hotel is conveniently located just a short 5-minute drive away from the Klippitztörl ski slopes, making it an ideal choice for families with young children. the cozy rooms offer comfortable beds for a good night's sleep after a day on the slopes. the bathrooms are clean and functional, providing all the necessary amenities. the friendly staff ensures a pleasant stay, and the surrounding area is calm and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway.
There were some noise disturbances from neighboring guests, as the walls are quite thin.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was commendable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. Parking was convenient and hassle-free, allowing us to easily explore the surrounding areas. Moreover, the location was perfect, as it was very close to the Klippitztörl ski slopes. We loved the fact that we could reach the slopes in just a 5-minute drive. The staff deserves a special mention for their friendly and welcoming attitude. it was a delightful experience.
